First OB Appt!

I had my first OB appointment today. I didn't get to see or hear my baby ... it was just lots of boring questions! And lots of vials of blood were given! My next OB appointment is June 4th. Besides an internal, that appointment sounds pretty boring, too! I'm going to see what I can do to make the gender ultrasound on my birthday, though! (July 7th!) I'll be 18 weeks, 2 days on my birthday!

We have a heartbeat!

Dan & I had my 7 week ultrasound this morning. We were able to both see and hear the heartbeat. 132 bpm! The baby is measuring right on track at 7 weeks!

End of the First Month!

I got another beta today and it came back at 11,269!


Thanks to my "Pregnancy Journal" by A. Christine Harris, Ph. D., I know that if my baby's heart has started beating by now! And today is the end of the first month of my pregnancy!


Only Eight and a half more month to go!

Today, at 23 dpo, my HCG was 2471, Progesterone was 27!

First Baby Gift!





It's Official!

On Monday, March 31st I got my first beta (16 dpo), which was 170. Progesterone came back to 29.

On Wednesday, April 2 I got a second bet (18 dpo), which was 367. Progesterone came back at 34!

I'll be tested every Monday for at least the next 3 weeks to make sure both numbers are increasing. First u/s is scheduled for April 21st where we should be able to see a heartbeat!

I'm Finally Pregnant!
